Ok here's the fine print. The Flights With Friends Experience Beta Test will be hosted on March 22nd and 23rd, 2024. Groups of 4-6 guests are eligible for one complimentary pre-fixed tasting flight per guest. This offer cannot be combined with other promotions. Participants must be 21 years old to receive alcoholic beverages and may only attend once. This offer has no monetary value. Multiple entrants cannot share the same email address.FruitCraft Fermentery & Distillery reserves the right to deny entry to any individual. Offers are non-transferable, and no substitutions will be made. All confirmed guests of the party (6 or more) must be present to be seated. FruitCraft reserves the right to seat parties without their confirmed guest count (6 or less) based on venue seating availability. Should the designated offer become unavailable for any reason, FruitCraft reserves the right to substitute the offer with one of equal or greater value. By attending Flights With Friends, guests acknowledge and accept all associated risks. Receipt of any offer constitutes the guest's agreement to release and hold harmless FruitCraft Fermentery & Distillery and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any claims or causes of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or property damage or loss, arising from participation in the offer or the receipt, use, or misuse of any offer.FruitCraft reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the offer, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the administrator's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the offer, as determined by the administrator in its sole discretion.
