“Glee” star Max Adler married longtime girlfriend, Jennifer Bronstein, Saturday in front of friends from both his real high school and the fictional one from the hit musical sitcom.
The pair — who have been engaged since September 2012 — wed on an unseasonably rainy and chilly day at a private home in the Hollywood Hills with “Hedwig” actor and one-time co-star Darren Criss in attendance.
Among the 75 guests were the friends he acted with in his senior year production of Grease and his “Gods and Secrets” collaborator, producer Adi Shankar.
We’re told guests sipped California Fruit Wine’s seasonal pumpkin spice wine over ice and that giant lit-up bottles of 50 Bleu vodka lined the bar.
Adler — who recently filmed Woody Allen’s latest movie and Clint Eastwood’s “Sully” — proposed to Bronstein in Rome four years ago, but it took them a long time to settle on the wedding venue.
“One day we say we want to get married in a winery in Malibu,” he told Us Weekly. “Then it’s a rooftop in New York. Vegas, elope to a chapel. London. We don’t even know.”
